About

For twenty years, I’ve been making complex ideas seem clear and achievable.

Fully bilingual, I've worked in the Canadian cultural sector, the North American transportation industry, and for a federal Crown corporation.

As a writer, editor, and communicator, I’ve managed print production, web content development and scheduling, while also blogging and writing for the web, for marketing materials, for stakeholder documents, and for a wide range of employee communications channels.

As a certified human resources professional, I’ve coached and counselled people managers, facilitated training for frontline leaders, and conducted workplace investigations, as well as collective bargaining, mediation-arbitration, and informal dispute resolution.

I’ve managed people and coached people managers. I’ve worked on cross-functional projects and on teams tasked with driving organizational change.

These days I deliver specialized training in labour relations for frontline managers at one of North America's largest railroads. I also offer my services as a writer, editor, and HR consultant.

When I’m not doing any of the above, I can be found walking my dog or puttering in my garden (weather permitting).
